FAQ

  • Can I take different class types each week?

Yes — once you meet the level requirements for each class.
FOUNDATION, STRENGTH, FLOW, and JUMPBOARD STRENGTH can be mixed throughout your week to create a balanced routine.
EVOLVE is reserved for advanced clients looking for deeper progression.

  • Do I need previous Pilates experience?

No prior experience is needed to start — simply begin with FOUNDATION.
Our intermediate and advanced classes (STRENGTH, FLOW, JUMPBOARD STRENGTH, and EVOLVE) require some experience to ensure you move safely and confidently.
FOUNDATION is required for absolute beginners before progressing to higher levels.

  • How many classes should I take per week?

Most clients start with 2–3 sessions per week to see results and build consistency. You can increase frequency as your strength and endurance improve.

  • What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?

We kindly ask for a 12-hour notice for all cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in accordance with your membership or pass terms.

  • How early should I arrive before class?

Please arrive up to 10 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in, set up, and avoid missing the warm-up.

  • Do you have beginner-friendly sessions?

Yes — FOUNDATION is our designated beginner class and is the best place to start if you're new to Pilates or returning after time off.
We recommend taking at least 5 Foundation classes before joining any intermediate sessions.

  • What do I need to bring?

Grip socks are required (available for purchase at the studio). We recommend bringing water and wearing movement-friendly activewear.

  • Which class is right for me?

Start with FOUNDATION if you’re new, returning to movement, or want a slower, technique-focused pace.
Move into STRENGTH or FLOW once you’re comfortable with the basics and want a challenge.
Try JUMPBOARD STRENGTH for a cardio-forward workout.
EVOLVE is our most advanced class and requires 20+ Intermediate classes or 1+ year of Pilates experience.

  • When will the class schedule be available?

Our class schedule will be released a few weeks before our official opening date. Founding members will get exclusive early access to book their classes 1–2 weeks before the public, giving you first pick of time slots and instructors. Once early booking opens, you’ll receive an email with all the details so you can plan your routine in advance.

  • When does my membership start and when will I be charged?

When you sign up as a founding member, you pay now to secure your spot and lock in the discounted rate. However, your membership period does not begin until you book and attend your first class.

  • Can I freeze or pause my membership?

Yes. We understand that schedules and circumstances can change. You can request to freeze your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 2 months per year. During the freeze period, you won’t be charged, and your membership will automatically reactivate once the freeze ends. To pause your membership, simply contact us at least 7 days before your next billing date so we can make the adjustment in time.

  • When will I be charged each month?

Your monthly billing cycle begins on the day your membership officially starts (not the day you purchase it).
    Billing repeats every 30 days.

  • If I freeze my membership, do I lose my Founding rate?

No — freezing your membership does not affect your Founding rate.

  • How does the waitlist work?

If a spot opens, the system automatically adds the next person from the waitlist and sends an email notification.
Please monitor your email if you're hoping to get into a fully booked class.

  • How far in advance can I book?

You can book 7 days ahead at the exact time the class starts.
Example: A 7:00 AM class opens for booking the previous week at 7:00 AM.

  • What if I arrive late to class?

To keep our classes safe and distraction-free, we allow a maximum 5-minute grace period.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we won’t be able to admit you into class. This ensures everyone receives a proper warm-up and protects you from injury.

  • Can I share my membership or class pack with someone else?

Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared — this ensures each client’s attendance, billing, and progress remain consistent and personalized. However, class packs may be given as a gift or purchased for someone else. If you would like to gift a pack or transfer unused credits to another person, simply contact us and we’ll take care of it for you.

  • Is there parking available?

Yes — there are two visitor parking stalls located in the building.
Please note: these are first-come, first-served and we cannot guarantee availability at any time. There is also ample street parking and nearby paid parking in the surrounding area, making it easy to find a spot before your class. We recommend arriving a little early, especially during peak hours.

  • Is there a minimum age requirement to join classes?

Yes. Clients must be 16 years or older to participate in our group classes.
Participants under 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign our studio waiver prior to attending.

For safety reasons, we do not offer group classes for children under 16.
