FAQ
-
Can I take different class types each week?
Yes, and it’s encouraged. Each class type complements the others. Mixing FOUNDATION, STRENGTH, FLOW, and RESTORE helps you build a balanced routine and see results faster.
-
Do I need previous Pilates experience?
No, all classes are designed for every level. Instructors offer easier or more challenging variations so you can move safely and confidently no matter your experience.
-
How many classes should I take per week?
Most clients start with 2–3 sessions per week to see results and build consistency. You can increase frequency as your strength and endurance improve.
-
What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
We kindly ask for a 12-hour notice for all cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in accordance with your membership or pass terms.
-
How early should I arrive before class?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in, set up, and avoid missing the warm-up.
-
Do you have beginner-friendly sessions?
Yes — FOUNDATION is designed for beginners or anyone returning to movement after time off.
-
What do I need to bring?
Grip socks are required (available for purchase at the studio). We recommend bringing water and wearing movement-friendly activewear.
-
Which class is right for me?
Start with FOUNDATION if you’re new, recovering, or want a slower pace. Choose STRENGTH to build muscle or FLOW for a smooth, continuous workout. EVOLVE is great if you want more of a challenge, JUMPBOARD STRENGTH adds cardio and energy, and RESTORE is perfect for recovery and flexibility.
-
When will the class schedule be available?
Our class schedule will be released a few weeks before our official opening date. Founding members will get exclusive early access to book their classes 1–2 weeks before the public, giving you first pick of time slots and instructors. Once early booking opens, you’ll receive an email with all the details so you can plan your routine in advance.
-
When does my membership start and when will I be charged?
When you sign up as a founding member, you pay now to secure your spot and lock in the discounted rate. However, your membership period does not begin until you book and attend your first class.
-
Can I freeze or pause my membership?
Yes. We understand that schedules and circumstances can change. You can request to freeze your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 2 months per year. During the freeze period, you won’t be charged, and your membership will automatically reactivate once the freeze ends. To pause your membership, simply contact us at least 7 days before your next billing date so we can make the adjustment in time.
