These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flohaus Pilates (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Studio”) services, including classes, memberships, bookings, purchases, and use of our website (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use or access the Services. Our Services are intended for individuals aged 16 and older, and you agree to provide accurate information when booking or purchasing. All memberships, packages, and classes must be paid in full at the time of booking or as otherwise specified, and may carry expiration dates or conditions provided at purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Mariana Tek and payment processors, and all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Cancellations and rescheduling must follow the policy provided in your confirmation or membership; late cancellations, no-shows, or missed classes may result in forfeited sessions or fees, and refunds are not offered except where legally required.

For the safety and comfort of all clients, you agree to follow our studio rules, posted policies, and instructions from instructors; we reserve the right to refuse service or suspend access if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates these Terms. By using our Services, you represent that you are in suitable physical condition to participate and acknowledge that Pilates and related activities carry inherent risks; you voluntarily assume these risks and release Flohaus Pilates, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses except as prohibited by law. All content, branding, images, and materials provided through our Services are the intellectual property of Flohaus Pilates or our licensors and may not be copied or distributed without written consent. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information. We may update Services, pricing, or these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting and indicated by the “Last updated” date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable Canadian law, with disputes resolved in Vancouver, BC.
